Returns & Refund policy
All the statues and figures are handmade by factory workers. It is normal that there are subtle differences. If you can't accept it, if you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, if you are a perfectionist, please don't buy from us.
As a middleman, we can only do our best to help customers obtain after-sales service within a reasonable range.
We do not accept: the real fishnet socks on the figures' ankle have 1 millimeter loose.
Returns
Customers who have purchased from us should note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received by us within 3 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address. When you receive your ordered product, please confirm the condition at first time. Once the ordered product without any damages, we can’t offer you a refund.
Figure is one of the collectibles, not like toys, after open will affect value and resales, please check before you open the transparent box, some brands will only accept application for after service when the transparent box unopened. If you see any damage, please contact us immediately.
Sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. Manufacturing defect include: missing color, missing parts, wrong color, etc. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after received.
We shorten the time because we have no way of knowing whether there will be human damage after the customer receives the goods. Remind again, please check as soon as you receive the goods.
Refunds
All refunds are at the discretion of us. Unless your item is deemed defective or is different from what was advertised you will not be entitled to a refund.
In the event of a refund, you will receive your money in the same manner and currency in which you paid. The refund will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the current exchange rate. We are not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please contact us to get the address.
If it is the product problem, we pay the shipping cost for returning your item. Refund will be complete after we receive the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you return your product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Special Order Product
Custom statues & Products requested by costomer are not refundable or exchangeable.
You may say that the Australian consumer rights do not allow non-refundable, so please fully understand the customized products before you buy the customized products.
Due to the scarcity of custom statues (normally 10-20 pcs worldwide) , they may hard to do after sales service. We promise to provide double packaging to protect them, but if it is damaged during transportation, we cannot provide repair or replacement.
Please think carefully before you make order.
ONE OFF Product
One off product also cannot exchange after being sold. Only 1 pcs by handmade, we can not provide any replacements.
